1. General Provisions

hei77 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hei77.lat website and all services associated with it.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on hei77 using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• The deposit amount will be verified against the transaction reference.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the user's own verified payment account.
• Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while an active bonus is in place until the wagering requirement has been completed.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of hei77 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same device, IP address or household.
• In cases of bonus fraud, the account will be closed immediately.
• hei77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• The final decision on eligibility for bonuses rests with hei77.
• Each promotion may have its own additional terms and conditions.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on hei77 must be placed at the user's own discretion and at their own risk. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed, except where the platform's designated rules allow a bet cancellation option to be used.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server problem or any other technical error, hei77 will arrange to refund the bets for the affected round. hei77 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection disruption.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports is governed by the applicable rules. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. hei77's decision is final in the settlement of betting markets.

6.4 Game Service Providers

hei77 works in partnership with internationally recognized game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and Ezugi. Each game has its own applicable rules and it is recommended that you read them before starting a game.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hei77 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Registering using a false or fabricated identity.
• Improperly using or abusing bonus benefits.
• Participating in betting manipulation, match fixing or other fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to hack or make harmful alterations to the platform's software, website or gaming engine.
• Money laundering or transacting using illegally obtained funds.
• Using a third-party payment method.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Assisting minors in using the platform.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 hei77's Rights

hei77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Meeting legal requirements for anti-money laundering.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Failure to verify age.

8.2 User Rights

A user may request the closure of their own account at any time. Any eligible balance in the account at the time of the request (subject to wagering conditions being met) will be returned by the designated method.
